There are many divine places in Panna which witnessed the exile of Lord Shri Ram. It is said that Lord Ram also came from Panna in some era and stayed in the forests of Panna for a long time during his exile. During this time, he met Agast Rishi in the Siddhnath area of Panna. Due to this historical episode of Lord Ram and Agast Rishi, Panna has its own identity all over the world. Its proof is also found in Ramayana. Also, during the search of Ram Van Path Gaman Marg, the team of the Archaeological Department also confirmed this. This place is in Saleha area, 60 km from the district headquarters, which is known as Siddhnath Temple. The ashram of Agast Rishi is still present here. He used to do penance here.
